About the facilitators:
The quiet practice of yin will be shared by Tara D’cruz-Noble. No prior experience of yin is required and options will be offered along the way to allow the appropriate shape to be made for your own body. The handwriting of yin and a felt sense of where you are will be guided from the inside out.

Field of Sound is a project that weaves inspirations from neuroscience, yogic studies and meditative experiences. Its aim is to continue the storytelling tradition and exploration of sound and ritual in wisdom cultures. It is facilitated by Cari Lin, who gently guides you to submerge into subtle vibrations to bathe in sound. Her practice is an exploration of sound, vibrations and consciousness.

What to bring:
~ your own yoga mat
~ something warm…a comfy jumper or blanket for the sound journey
~ bring along other props if you prefer such as cushions, blocks and eye pillow
~ there will be bolsters & eye pillows available to borrow for your sound journey
~ This offering will be intimate with just 10 guests to allow for plenty of space
~ Idler’s Hill address will be sent to guests a few days prior to this offering
